COVID-19 Information

THIS PAGE WAS LAST UPDATED August 11, 2021
We are open and always want you to feel safe, welcome and appreciated.

Please follow the below policies set in place. Please keep checking back as these policies can change at any time.  As mandates are always changing please follow all current Oregon mandates at all times while in the park.

The resort is fully staffed from 9:30 to 6:30 PM seven days a week. The resort  office and recreational building are closed at this time.  The resort restrooms, showers, and laundry facility remain open at this time.   Due to the COVID DELTA VIRUS the Oregon governor has required all masks be worn in any public buildings.

~ Please do not come into the resort if you are feeling ill, have a fever, have COVID-19, or have been knowingly exposed to COVID-19. If you are in the resort and get sick please do not use any resort facility, stay in your RV, and let the park know immediately.

~Please look at the Oregon state mandates and Douglas County for the most up-to-date information as it changes quite frequently.

We are honored that you have chosen to spend your valuable time at our RV Resort and the surrounding area of Roseburg. We can still enjoy the outdoors and we have beautiful rivers, lakes, vineyards, and hiking trails including the Oregon coast all within a short drive from the park. Even though the times are uncertain, one thing is for sure the Oregon outdoors are beautiful, relaxing and calming giving us a safe environment where we can still get out and enjoy nature.

Our highest priority is to ensure the health and well-being of our guests and associates. Therefore, we have implemented comprehensive cleaning protocols and procedures issued by agencies like the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We are committed to upholding these high standards and following all local and federal guidelines as we provide for your comfort, safety, and peace of mind. Rising River RV Resort & River House will continue to closely monitor this unprecedented event and will make any necessary changes in our policies and procedures should that be necessary.

As you focus on the things that matter most, spending time with your friends and family, we hope you will visit us and look forward to welcoming you. Whether you have a change in your original travel plans – or just want to get away from it all and back to nature – we are here and ready to host you.
