Please keep our park clean and be courteous to your neighbor by not disposing of your cigarette butts on the ground. There are no drugs allowed at any time in the park.
Sites and Parking – The most difficult rule to define is the appearance of your site. We realize the space limitation of a recreational vehicle makes it tempting to use the area around and underneath your rig to store all sorts of items. We all know that in time “stuff” becomes an eyesore to your neighbors and detracts from the neat, clean appearance of the park. We can’t specifically list what is or is not acceptable. We hope that each of you will be critical of your own area to help maintain the high standards of neatness we all enjoy. We reserve final judgement and will inform you if there is a problem. Please see office as there are storage units available for rent to store your personal belongings or storage sites to store extra vehicles.
Sewer connections – Sewer hoses must be on a sewer rack or otherwise protected. They must be up off of the ground to allow for maintenance. All sewer connections must be tight. There will be a $100.00 fee if there is no sewer rack while here or you have a sewage spill on site.
Sprinklers – An underground sprinkler system is in use throughout the park. No stakes are permitted.
Children – Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children at all times. Children (anyone under 18) must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in the park and using park facilities. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in or around the river without immediate adult supervision.
Swimming – Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. No children w/o adult permitted in/by river.
Garbage – We ask that garbage be sealed in plastic sacks and deposited in the dumpster behind the office or down behind propane tank. Household garbage only.
PETS - Please see our pet policies upon check in. There are breed restrictions, please call the office if you are unsure of your pet coming into the park.
UTILITIES- Guest may not modify or move utilities. If the cable box is missing, the cable TV remote is not returned to the office upon leaving, or any other utility is tampered with the Guest will be charged for their replacement. There will be a $100 charge for the remote, a $50.00 charge for the cable box and $100 charge for any other utility tampered with and this will be charged to the credit card on file.
TV- Our sites include *very* basic local cable connection. We will do everything we can to help get your television up and running with our remote and cable at each site. Please note that sometimes it is out of our control if the cable will work on a specific TV or if our local cable provider is down.
